Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Easyphp

Hello,
I have a problem , i have delete the user root by mistake
And now i cannot acceess to phpymadmin,
So i would like to completely uninstalling and reinstalling Easyphp
How Can i do that ?
Because when i uninstall it and reinstall it , it's like my computer remember the user that i have created and deleted.

If you want uninstall EasyPHP, you must also delete EasyPHP folder (into Program Files) ;)
