Missing extensions

As stated on the forum for version 3, I tried installing 5.3.0. It went fine in itself, but I still have an empty PHP-extensions list.
The problem stays the same when I run it as administrator (I run Windows Vista).

Version 2.1 runs fine, with or without running it as administrator.
