Easy PHP 5.2.10 Error

I have just installed the Easy PHP Version 5.2.10 and i am constantly getting the error

Apache cannot be runned : another web server use the web port or port is blocked by firewall

I have searched the internet endlessly to try and find ways to sort it to no avail. I have tried changing the port to 8080, Reinstalling a certain way people have said helps, switched off my firewall and checked all clashing PID.

The only clashing PID i did find was System which i didnt want to disable or stop running.


Please can u help me?

You can use TCPView to see if any program already use that port.

If it's not helping you, you can try to configure your firewall, or uninstall it (sometimes, disable that is not enough) ;)

May be it´s Skype.

It listen to port 80 by default, you should disable that.
