Easy PHP 5.2.10 Error

I have just installed the Easy PHP Version 5.2.10 and i am constantly getting the error

Apache cannot be runned : another web server use the web port or port is blocked by firewall

I have searched the internet endlessly to try and find ways to sort it to no avail. I have tried changing the port to 8080, Reinstalling a certain way people have said helps, switched off my firewall and checked all clashing PID.

The only clashing PID i did find was System which i didnt want to disable or stop running.


Please can u help me?
