How to install PostgreSQL with EasyPHP?

IN the FAQ question 49 it says "How to install PostgreSQL with EasyPHP ?" and it provides a link to a contribution however that link just goes to the forums main page.

Does anyone know the correct link?

Also note that searching the forums errors with:
