Unable to connect to Database

EasyPHP working ok but getting error message 'can't connet to database'

Started with the address given on the phpmyadmin administrator panel and every other location, but no joy!

My database files are located in C:\Server\EasyPHP\mysql\data\DATABASE\

Any ideas?

You put files directly into mysql\data ??

HI,
Greetings. I am unable to connect with my databse, which is hosted on a remote server. Whenever i try to connect PHPMyadmin, it goes to [127.0.0.1].

Any one can suggest me, how to connect with databse using Easy PHP ?

Your hosting or provider is allowing that ? (remote access to db)
