my apache doesn't work

Hi there,
My apache didn't start again because it says that another program is using its port. It was running till I activated the control user account (i am using windows vista ultimate) and then I restarted it. It very urgent what can I have to do to fix this issue?

You can start EasyPHP as administrator (right click and : run as administrator) or if this is not enought, you'll must run TCPView to see which software use TCP 80 port.

I have the same problem,
port80 was occupied by Skype - I removed Skype
It worked for a while,
now port80 is occupied by inetinfo.exe which I found at :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetserv\inetinfo.exe

I have no idea of what that exec and even less of how to stop it.
Please help
