Can't open files

Hello,

I just installed 5.2.10 and as far as I can tell things are working properly.

However, I can't open any of the files associated with the program. My computer wants to open them with Microsoft Picture It Publishing (PIP), which, I gather is in PHP. But PIP will not open any of the files.

In using the drop down for other programs, I can't find one that will open these files. I went hunting through the EasyPHP folder and tried several possibilities, but still no luck.

At present, I am locked out of most of EasyPHP because I set a password, as recommended, but can't access 'config.inc' to grant myself permission.

Any suggestions???
