Apache does not start: error 5

EasyPHP Apache2 ServerBase::Start ScanProcess -> 1848

EasyPHP ServerBase::TimerProc : GetProcessVersion Apache2 (pid: 1848) error 5

I'm on Vista x64, clean install of EasyPHP 3.0, I can't get Apache to start. MySQL doesn't seem to have any issues. Any ideas? Searched for the error code, couldn't find anything.
