Refresh error ?

I am new to Easy PHP and anything related to it.

I have created a new folder 'Header' in my local host's root folder (highlighted in the image below)

[4.bp.blogspot.com]

But I am unable to see it in local host [localhost] . I can see all other folders in the same location (plz refer to the image below), but not the folder 'Header'.

I used the refresh option in the browser (Firefox v 3.0.10). I restarted EasyPHP several times. I closed the browser and refreshed again. Nothing works. Can you help me get rid of this. Or is it a bug ?
