Problem with framesets

I'm having a problem with version 3.0 recognizing a parent frame in a frameset (that works fine in prevous EasyPHP versions). Anyone have any thoughts?

Correction on my post: it's a problem reconizing a parent frame from an iframe (not a frame from a frameset)
